We loved the location high up in the mountains - perfect for a cross-Giant-mountain hike. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was also convenient.

Hotel staff was everything but not friendly and helpful - they did not allow us to check in 30 minutes before official time. Credit cards were not accepted although not annonced in advance - in breach of description on Booked.net hotel profile. Rather low quality cuisine, except for breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, close to key tourist spots and transportation. We enjoyed the free access to the wellness facilities.

The staff did not seem to be very attentive and seemed overwhelmed, which resulted in longer waiting times for service. the available Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

Worm and cosy place in a mountains. 10 min drive to Spindleruv Mlyn and ski areas.

Good and various breakfast and dinner, friendly personal. Ski rent service was really helpful.

The location was great, breakfast amazing with eggs to order, good beer, good base for hiking, great food, excellent pool and wellness facilities.

facilities were amazing, friendly stuff, we have stayed there with 8 months old baby, and we did not have any problems, there is kids corner and niece spa, massages were amazing and all is well organized food was delicious and a lot of varieties

Good facilities with ski room ,pool, kids excellent play area and good catering.

Hotel staff were not very proactive in saying you need a key for ski rooms and we had to stay at the pension across the road and always walk I nthe cold to the pool and dinner in the main hotel.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient for skiing and hiking. the room was spacious and comfortable. the staff was helpful with giving directions to nearby attractions.

The New Year's party was a disaster with terrible food and overpriced drinks. the noise from the music was unbearable.

Reception staff was very unprofessional and unhelpful. After complaining for second day for a dog barking in the next room for over 2 hours the response from the hotel manager was "and what do you want me to do?"

Nestled high in the mountains, the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Karkonosze mountains. the rooms are clean and warm, while the wellness facilities and pool are definite advantages.

The hotel staff are not always professional in their service.

The staff made everything easy for us. The jacuzzi was very relaxing after the skiing. The food ( breakfast an buffet dinner) was of good quality, cheap and very filling.
